TOPCon Silver-Aluminum Paste ZY02
ZY02 is a high-efficiency conductive silver-aluminum paste specially designed for the boron emitter of TOPCon(tunnel oxide passivated contact) solar cells.
It is suitable for different surface doping concentrations and junction depth processes, and has good contact and low metal included recombination, and with high conversion efficiency.

Recommended Drying Condition
Chain fast burning furnace: 100℃-250℃/5-50sec;
Rotating drying furnace: 100℃-250℃/5-10min
The drying time can be adjusted according to the drying status, but should not be too long.
