Electronic Paste Production Flow

Electronic paste is one of the fundamental materials for manufacturing electronic components, which is a paste made up of solid conductive powder, binder, and organic carrier that is stirred, mixed, rolled, and uniformly mixed.

The main components of electronic paste are conductive phase, bonding phase, and organic carrier.

Conductive phase: determines the electrical properties of the paste and affects the physical and mechanical properties of the film.

Bonding phase: Adjust the shrinkage rate, adhesion and other properties of the paste. There are glass bodies, metal oxides, ceramic additives, etc.

Organic carrier: Disperses and wraps inorganic powders in the paste, endowing it with fluidity and making it suitable for use in the process.
