Thick Film Overglaze Paste FG6003
FG6003 is a lead-free environmentally friendly high-temperature encapsulating dielectric slurry used for covering or interlayer insulation. It does not contain harmful elements such as lead and cadmium. It complies with the European RoHS directive (2002/95/EC) and can be used with various types of ceramics.
The substrate is well matched and has good compatibility with the silver and gold conductive strips and platinum and ruthenium series resistors on the ceramic substrate. The firing temperature range is wide, the firing film surface is bright and smooth, has strong adhesion, good dielectric properties, high insulation strength and electrical resistance, excellent moisture resistance, thermal shock resistance and chemical stability.
