
Thermal Grease EG-Z
LEED-INK thermal grease is a kind of oxide thermal conductive composite filler paste organic silicon material. It is well suitable for the thermal conduction and dissipation in the electronic components with certain temperature range(-50℃-250℃).
It has features of excellent hydrolysis stability, non-toxicity and chemical inertness. In addition, it is no corrosive material with good adhesivity.

Using Method
The thermal conductive silicone grease could be used through brush coating, or silk screen printing.
