PERC Back Side Silver Paste BY02
BY02 is a lead-free conductive silver paste designed for rear surface passivation of crystalline silicon solar cell (PERC).
In the high-temperature sintering process, it could form a good chemical and mechanical combination with the back passivation layer, and will not corrode the rear side passivated Al2O3 and SiN film to ensure the high photoelectric conversion efficiency of PERC cell. When co-firing the paste can perfectly match rear aluminum paste with low contact resistance.
It is a cost-effective rear surface passivation silver paste with features of excellent weldability and solderability, high adhesion, and aging resistance.
