Q: What is Your Standard Lead Time for Sample Orders and Batch Orders?

Sample Orders: Our standard lead time for sample orders is typically 5-7 days. This allows us to carefully prepare and test the samples to ensure they meet our quality standards before shipping them to you. Batch Orders: For batch orders, the standard lead time varies depending on the order size and specific requirements. Generally, it ranges from 7-15 days. This timeframe ensures that we can source the necessary raw materials, complete the manufacturing process, and conduct thorough quality control checks to guarantee the highest product quality. For both sample and batch orders, we strive to meet your deadlines and can often expedite the process if needed. Please contact our customer service team for more specific lead times based on your order details.

Q: What is Your Minimum Order Quantity?

Sample Order: For precious metal paste such as Au paste, Pt paste, Pd/Ag paste, the MOQ would be 50gr. For Ag paste, the MOQ is 100gr. For other paste, the MOQ is 1-10kgs. Batch Order: For precious metal paste such as Au paste, Pt paste, Pd/Ag paste, the MOQ would be 500gr. For Ag paste and other paste, the MOQ is 1KG. Please contact our sales team to confirm the MOQ of the samples if you need.

Q: What Information Do I Need to Provide if I Want a Sample?

Before sending us the sample inquiry, we appreciate if you tell us below information: 1. The application and substrate(such as ceramics, SUS430, PET, etc.) you will apply the electronic paste on; 2. Details of the drying and firing process to use the electronic paste; 3. Your requirement on the electronic paste such as conductivity, adhesion, solder ability, or other specific requirements. The more details provided, the more suitable samples would be prepared for you.
